Engage Series 1: Assessment & Intervention, Session 1: SAT Mathematics: A Content and Reasoning Perspective

Summary: ​This session gives secondary teachers an overview of the content of the SAT Mathematics section.  A particular emphasis will be placed on alignment to NJSLS, strategies for infusing SAT reasoning and problem-solving skills in Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2 classes, and a look at sample items for further discussion. Resources will be provided to teachers to bring back to their classrooms for next-day use.
