Multiplication Strategies for Grades 3 and Beyond with Kelly Frazee

In this workshop we will dive into multiplication strategies for grades 3 and beyond.There has been much debate in the field for the past decade or so about how to teach basic multiplication and support students’ fact fluency. We will discuss what fluency really means, learn the importance of teaching strategies for multiplication instead of tricks or memorization, and explore the power of manipulatives, conceptual modeling, and instructional scaffolding in building our students’ multiplication competency.

The cost of each One-Day Workshop is $149 for members. Non-members must pay $179 for their first workshop; the additional cost covers membership for a year. Each subsequent workshop would then be $149. Each workshop will be invoiced individually.
