Engage Series 3: Wellness for Teachers and Students, Session 3

Being Mindful About Student Mindfulness  offered by Julia Episcopo and Brittany Airey This PD will address the research as well as ways to incorporate realistic mindfulness exercises and practices for everyday math classrooms. We would also like to take time during the PD to alleviate math anxieties.
