Description:

Participants will be challenged to reflect on and think deeply about unconscious biases and how those biases influence our teaching, classroom environment, and interactions with families and the community. During the session the group will learn what microaggressions are, finding when they are used in the classroom and learning replacement thinking and language so that our behaviors change.
